Who we are

Byqora is a software and AI studio. This policy covers byqora.com, its chat assistant and the client portal. Contact: info@byqora.com.

What we collect

• What you tell the chat assistant: the conversation itself, and the name, contact details, company and project details you choose to share.
• Your email address when you verify a request or sign in to the client portal, and the name you add to your account.
• Requests and messages you send through the client portal.
• Chat ratings and comments, if you leave one.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address for rate limiting.

Why we use it

• To answer you, understand your project and prepare a proposal.
• To send you one-time sign-in and verification codes, and updates about your requests and projects.
• To improve the assistant and our service, and to prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The client portal uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in (for up to 30 days, or until you sign out). The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Services that process data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and storage of requests, chats and accounts.
• Anthropic: the AI model that writes the chat assistant’s replies. Your messages are sent to it to generate an answer.
• Resend: sending emails such as verification codes and replies.

How long we keep it

Sign-in and verification codes expire within minutes. We keep requests, chats and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and run our business. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing info@byqora.com from the address you used with us.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
